Card of the day : The Fool

At present I am working with a relatively new deck, it is the A.E. Waite, AGM deck urania Germany.  It contains 78 cards and two with manufactures notes credibility and guarantee.  I was gifted this deck and when I received it I was tickled pink , but then I put them on my bedside table next to a giant salt lamp for about a week.  I did not feel to touch them straight away.  For the first few weeks  I began shuffling the cards actually let them run through my hands and I did this a few times a day till the cards jumped out at me.  Have you ever been shuffling for yourself or a friend and it is a three card spread and before you choose, three fall out or they slide off the deck?  I either use them or set them to the side to see how the other card/cards affect the reading. (it has a lot to do with trusting your intuition whether you ignore and put them back or have a looky see) Once a gentleman asked for a three card spread 3 fell out IV Wands, VIII Cups, VIII Swords, now this spread said to me because of the lady's insecurities and fear, inability to give the man an answer he was going to walk away ..but then the Chariot fell off the deck. The Chariot can indicate a long distance relationship and in this case it was and it had been months of waiting with no horizon in sight.  The Chariot tells of will, control it is a card that is divided into two the ethereal realm and the material world.  So this was a lesson,  something he had to do a karmic wakeup from higher self.  This card indicated that he had to learn about himself that maybe right now was not the best time as he had his own spiritual journey to tackle..learning self love and approval, to be patient with ourselves and others, mostly just forgive ourselves .

SMILE:) when the Fool comes up in a daily reading, it is a day of action , a day of clarity, joyful and light.  It may indicate a new beginning or the beginning of a new venture or business.  Or a karmic wake up from our higher selves   having experienced the Fools journey through the Major Arcana and now your spiritual journey awaits you.  This is a day to trust your intuition feel the energy all around you. Remember the Fool is all knowing he is born knowing, in his purse he has all the necessary equipment and tools for life.  This is your life your day, to navigate those unchartered territories of life and spirit.  Now is the time to have faith and believe in yourself your ability, trust this new way of thinking.  The Fool card will show also when one is resisting change or refusing to grow , or our expectations are unrealistic or holding on to past issues or unable to get past the same issues.  The Fool has stepped up to assure you from your higher belief that it is safe to let go and begin again with enthusiasm , wisdom, enjoy and embrace the changes.  That does not mean impulsive action without thought..meaning you would not sign a legal document without reading it, as
the Fool has unlimited potential and could represent a choice of great importance to be made.  Trust your true authentic self, this time the universe is taking you.

The Fool is a good card to meditate on, If making decisions, meditation with the tarot is good.  The symbolism and automatic connection to our sub-conscious-higher consciousness, this card will appear when entering or starting new levels of spirituality or sexuality and feelings and desires might be changing and you are looking for sex magic following tantric practices combining spirituality to achieve a higher level of energy and awareness...Kundalini ..

Thought for the Day:  Go out and look at everything so to speak with fresh eyes enjoy every minute of it! Try telling yourself you are loved, 5 times today pop it in your phone reminder!


Now if you have made it this far I will relate about the Fool Tarot...The Fool is titled Le Mat in the Tarot Marseilles an ll Matto in most of the Italian language . The archaic words translate to the "mad man", "the beggar".

In the Rider-Waite-Smith Deck , the fool is shown as a young man or woman walking as if without a care in the world in a world of golden light of clarity seemingly unaware of the drop, or not?  He is also shown to be accompanied by a small white dog or cat ( either encouraging you or warning you) of whats ahead.  The white rose may symbolise freedom from lower vibrations and over indulging in baser intentions and thought.

In Decks before Waite and Smith , the fool is always un-numbered.  The 15th Century "Sola Busca"labeled the card with a 0 and 18th Century Belgium decks labeled the Fool tarot XXII.  The Fool is always or nearly always separate from the Trump or Major Arcana in the Ancient decks .  The Fool is either the lowest or Highest Trump and for a while with no value?

Traditionally the Tarot numerology is written in Ancient Roman numerals but the Fool is written in Arabic or Indian (please I respect all beliefs of common good) numeral, there is no right or wrong here just thought I would put that out there and maybe some one might add to it.

The Excuse is the name given to the Fool tarot , the Excuse  allows the player to show their hand, pass or play.  The Fool was the lowest trump in the 18th Century Sedici and Trentuno the Fool's worth was a point, yet in Central Europe was worth twenty two points.

The Fool Tarot Card Ill Dignified

What you may be feeling if this card comes in reverse or ill dignified is stuck unable to move , see a way for yourself a clear path, you may realise you do not have enough information, you may need to do a course or extra diploma to increase your earnings and career satisfaction.  It could be a negative feelings and low self belief.  It could be you have forgotten how to feel light hearted , may have lost touch with self and you have to let yourself go. Your energy and spontaneity are depleted through worry over finances and strain on the marriage .  You may need to rein yourself in, discipline your thoughts learn by affirmations self love and faith other wise there will be regret.  You may need to finish something before your can progress any further.  Remember to act with consideration and care for self and not reckless with other people and their feelings ..get back to a solid balanced mental/emotional ground an if you find you don't have one , start creating it with affirmations, crystal, walks in nature,lying in the sun..and breathing my loves cause you can have all the air you need..
